    RipXFit Spartan SGX program is designed to prepare you for obstacle course races and our facility is Wilmington’s premiere obstacle course race training gym! Our OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) group classes focus on total athleticism and mental toughness.  We do obstacle training for your future obstacle courses and mud runs through two areas of focus: OCR Strengthening and OCR Conditioning as well as a YEAR round Obstacle Course program 7 days a week!
